What you'll be doing

You will own the end-to-end customer journey, maximising growth through both sales, experience and retention initiatives.

  • Develop sales and customer experience processes
  • Look for innovative solutions, embracing new technology
  • Seek and drive new business opportunities
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the operational teams, inspecting standards and inspiring change
  • A member of the senior management team with full accountability and autonomy for a central area of the business

What we're looking for

You'll have a proven track record in a fast paced leisure, hospitality or related sector.

Your commercial acumen and ideas will help drive our continued growth whilst recognising our over-arching goal of getting more people active.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute, but service-driven
  • Innovative, passionate, and wanting to make a difference
  • The ability to understand the motivation of staff and customers and develop sales and experience processes that grow our customer base and keep customers for longer
  • A NVQ Level 4 / bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
  • As least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the leisure industry or related leisure, hospitality or cultural setting.
