We have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre Team at Yate Active Centre!

As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include...

  • Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service
  • Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone
  • Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system

We want to hear from you if you...

  • Have an excellent telephone manner

• Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!

  • Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.

Hours available

7.5 hours every Tuesday
