We have an exciting opportunity to join our Fitness Team at Yate as a Health & Wellbeing Supervisor. As a Health & Wellbeing Supervisor you will:
- Assist the Health & Wellbeing Manager in the development of the adult fitness activities, as well as the Active Fitness Brand at Circadian Trust.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of the group exercise program.
- Help maintain a high standard of service within the Fitness facilities by assisting in co-ordinating the work of the Health & Wellbeing Assistants and the Group Exercise Instructors.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have a recognised NVQ Level 2/3 Fitness Qualification or equivalent.
- Are motivated by what you do, and have passion for Health and Fitness.
- Possess excellent customer care and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
