The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of both sites, including:
- Managing and leading teams across both locations
- Creating staff rotas while working to strict wage budgets
- Ordering stock and controlling spending within budget
- Writing and developing menus
- Maintaining high standards across service, food, and coffee
- Driving creativity and innovation across the business
- Hands on approach and cooking is required
Creative Input
A big part of this role is bringing energy, originality and new ideas for evening events, private hire and pop ups. Here are some examples of what this entails:
- Developing daily specials
- Organising pop-up nights and events
- Planning seasonal offerings (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s, themed evenings)
- Finding new ways to engage customers and build a loyal community
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing multiple sites and leading a team
- Is confident handling budgets, staffing and operations
- Is a skilled barista with strong coffee knowledge and the ability to train new staff
- Has a genuine interest in food and hospitality
- Brings a creative mindset and fresh ideas
- Is organised, motivated and leads from the front
- Holds themselves to high standards and expects the same from their team
- Ideally, you’ll be an ambitious, forward-thinking professional ready to make your mark
