Role Overview: The Events & Lead Generation Executive will play a critical role in supporting sales efforts through high-impact events and lead generation activities. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events in collaboration with partners, capturing and nurturing leads to drive awareness and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event management and lead generation who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Time is split as needed between university and work. We will ensure you get all the time you need to attend studies and complete coursework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage in-person and virtual events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and sales goals. Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure event logistics and deliverables are executed effectively. Support the marketing manager with tracking event budgets, ROI, and generate post-event analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead Generation: Develop lead generation campaigns, including outreach and engagement strategies, to fill the sales pipeline and create qualified leads. Track and analyse lead metrics, optimise campaigns based on data insights, and report performance to the marketing and sales teams. Work with the Content and Product teams to align messaging and analytics on lead capture initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact between the marketing team, external partners, and event stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations. Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing insights, lead status updates, and handoff processes.
