Role Overview: The Digital Marketing & Technical Analyst will focus on data-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring our digital presence is optimised and leads are tracked accurately. This individual will support the Marketing Manager with managing the CRM and website analytics, providing insights into the customer journey and supporting top-of-funnel strategies. This is an ideal position for a candidate who is passionate about digital marketing and has strong analytical skills to support high-impact, data-backed decisions. Time is split as needed between university and work. We will ensure you get all the time you need to attend studies and complete coursework.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management & Data Analysis: Support the Marketing Manager with the CRM data quality and customer segmentation and support lead scoring and management within the system. Provide analytics on lead performance and customer journey insights to support lead generation and nurturing efforts. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key marketing metrics to the marketing and sales teams.
- Website & Digital Optimisation: Operate website analytics, tracking visitor engagement, conversion rates, and other KPIs to optimise user experience. Collaborate with the Content and Events/Lead Gen teams to align digital efforts with broader campaign goals. Utilise A/B testing and other testing strategies to continually improve digital channel performance.
- Technical Support for Marketing Initiatives: Work with marketing automation, SEO, and analytics tools to refine audience targeting, message personalisation, and campaign execution. Implement tracking for digital ads, email, and social media campaigns to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
