Joining us as a Procurement Manager you will support our visions and values of safety, integrity, kindness and transparency that are embedded in our day to day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the full procurement cycle across allocated categories, ensuring best value and compliance with SpaMedica processes.
  • Hands on creating and managing tenders and supplier evaluations for low, medium and high value procurement requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, ensure contract compliance, and manage supplier performance are completed on time.
  • Support delivery of procurement savings targets and operational improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and finance teams to ensure procurement activity meets service needs.
  • Ensure supplier onboarding, due diligence, and safeguarding compliance requirements are met.
  • Proactively ensure efficient Stakeholder Engagement & Communication.
