You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from design to pricing—ensuring ranges meet customer needs, drive sales, and maximise profitability. Working cross‑functionally, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy and delivering a competitive, market‑leading offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy, range construction, and pricing.
  • Drive sales, margin, and profitability, reacting to trading performance.
  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to deliver products on time and to quality standards.
  • Oversee online and in‑store strategy to maximise customer conversion.
  • Ensure product availability aligns with key launches and promotions.
  • Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing.
  • Mentor and develop Assistant and Junior Buyers.
  • Foster a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.
