What you’ll be doing You will be co-ordinating an exciting programme of learner engagement activities and guest speakers while maintaining an annual calendar of engagement events.
To do this, you will work with our Marketing, Apprenticeships and Delivery teams to promote events and maximise participation.
You will be able to design and facilitate learner focus groups, including face-to-face sessions and then use these sessions to gather insight into learner experiences, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
From this, you will produce engaging "Learner Voice" communications for our Learners.
From these events, you will gather and review event feedback and use this data to provide insightful feedback reports for internal stakeholders.
This information is critical to maintain for evidence and required for compliance.
In this role, you will also support Ofsted inspections, audits and quality assurance activity, while promoting and upholding safeguarding.
What we’re looking for A passion for delivering an exceptional learner experience based on previous experience working in a learner engagement, education, training or customer-focused environment and coordinating events or stakeholder engagement activities.
Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes or vocational learning environments coupled with an understanding of Ofsted requirements, quality assurance or compliance frameworks.
The ability to analyse data and produce reports from the learner data gained and experience using tracking or project management systems such as Asana or similar.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills alongside a collaborative and proactive approach And a commitment to inclusion and learner-centred practice.
