As an Instore Merchandiser, you will bring products to life on the shop floor. You will own your territory, managing point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and auditing. You will maintain first‑class standards, create and maintain visually impactful displays, and build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You are the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and displays stay on‑brand. You take charge of your own cost‑effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you thrive on autonomy and love to engage with others, this role is for you.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and reliability.
- Ability to be located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.

- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: £14.24 per hour (includes holiday pay).
- Mileage and travel time paid (excluding the first and last 10 minutes/8 miles from home).
- Location allowance if applicable.
- Approximately 5‑20 hours per week (not guaranteed).
