Spply Chain Manager in Falmouth

As the Spply Chain Manager, yo will have overallresponsibility for the spply chain fnction, inclding control of planning, operationalbying and logistics across Cardrew and Falmoth. Yo will also work in close collaboration with the central GlobalSpply Chain team to ensre alignment with process standardisation. Reporting to the General Manager, the main remit for this roleis to lead the Spply Chain activities of the bsiness, ensring operationalneeds are met, considering the price, qality and delivery whilst ensringcontinity of spply and best practice. Lead, enhance and develop all aspects of the two manfactringnits spply chain performance; providing strategic insight to the seniorleadership team and other key stakeholders as reqired. Demonstrating otstanding people skills, yo will lead, mentor,coach, inspire and empower or talented people to continosly learn, developand achieve their fll potential. Key Accontabilities inclde:

• Yo will develop SMART objectives for and with teamcolleages and departments to aid bsiness performance and the ability toconsistently meet cstomer demands, measring achievement of performancetargets, whilst tilising and promoting high levels of engagement with SelfDirected Teams across yor areas of responsibility.
• Leadthe monthly Site S&OP process, ensring alignment of Demand, Spply,Inventory, Capacity and Financial plans with Sales, Finance and StrategicBsiness Development. Develop a robst spply plan that spports cstomerdemand and the Global Spply Chain strategy.
• Be accontable forachieving agreed OTTC and Finished Goods inventory targets. Where performancefalls below agreed thresholds, develop and execte recovery plans, providingreglar progress pdates throgh the Global Spply Chain governance process.
• Be responsible for ensring a positivesafety cltre in areas of responsibility, ensring that the health, safety andwellbeing of all personnel is the nmber one priority.
• Collaborate with theHead of Global Spply Chain to implement and sstain global planning standards,inventory policies, KPI governance and continos improvement initiatives.Actively contribte to cross-site standardisation and the development of a resilientend-to-end Spply Chain network.
• Yo will bild effective relationships withinternal and external cstomers and sppliers, overseeing and ensring bestpractice is maintained throghot the spply chain
• Yo will lead and improve spplierperformance in terms of Service Level, Lead Time, cost, stock level, etc, andbe responsible for annal stock conts dring the financial year
• Yo will ensre throgh effective planningthat the right levels of inventory are established, maintained, and flexed tomeet crrent and ftre operational/project needs
• Yo will develop the materials, stockcontrol and handling processes to gain improvements in efficiency and control
• Lead the internal movement ofmaterials and finished goods, developing logistics capabilities to spportcontined growth and development
• Yo will lead and deliver D365 FO (ERP)implementation and roll ot
• Ensre that spply chain processesmeet legal reqirements and standards and are compliant with internal policiesinclding Anti-Bribery and Corrption Policy and the Grop Management Code
• Champion and have oversight in NewProdct Development Projects to ensre viable delivery of spply chain for newmaterials
• Drive environmental and sstainability improvements;identify how Spply Chain will contribte to the sccess of the One Planetstrategy, developing an implementation plan to ensre its achievement. Yo have demonstrable experiencing working as a Senior SpplyChain Manager or eqivalent (e.g. Prchasing/Sorcing Manager & Planning)
• Yo will have significant experience in maintainingeffective and prodctive relationships with external sppliers
• Yo will have robst commercial and financial awarenesswith strong negotiation, commnication, interpersonal and inflencing skills
• Yo will be analytical and have the ability to interpretdata to provide strategic and tactical soltions.
• Yo will be a positive, self-managing and highlymotivated individal who thrives in a fast paced, innovative environment with aflexible and proactive natre
• Yo will be a strong problem-solver who is able toidentify and deliver priorities in a decisive manner
