What you'll be doing
- Leading and delivering our global communications strategy.
- Managing and delivering external corporate communications campaigns, press and media relations, social media messaging, and external agency partners to bolster corporate reputation.
- Actively managing any adverse press or social media comment, developing and implementing a crisis communication plan to manage risk.
- Collaborating with senior to develop narratives for both internal and external stakeholder audiences. Preparing speeches, press releases and copy for corporate publications.
- Liaising and engaging closely with external communications and PR partners to ensure alignment and synergy with all external and internal messaging.
- Supporting the execution of global company meetings and events in conjunction with our Events team.
- Developing and delivering an employee communications strategy, managing intranet content, and producing regular bulletins to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Producing regular company-wide newsletters, interviews, and bulletins in an innovative and compelling manner.
- Weekly reporting on comms activities and engagement.
What we’re looking for
- An experienced corporate communications professional with a track record of delivering impactful global strategies and high-quality content.
- A confident storyteller who can influence senior stakeholders and craft clear, engaging messaging across internal and external channels.
- Commercially aware and calm under pressure, with strong hands on experience in managing global comms campaigns, social media channels and reputation management.
