As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life out in the world on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. You'll take pride in first-class standards, creating and maintaining visually impactful displays, and building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll be the person who keeps everything in order, ensuring that stock is replenished and that displays stay on-brand. You'll take charge of your own cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and manage point-of-sale placement.
- Replenish stock and audit store displays.
- Create and maintain visually impactful displays that stay on-brand.
- Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
- Plan cost-effective visits to maximize coverage.
- Work autonomously and engage with store staff.
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident personality with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
- Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
- Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions under pressure.
- Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
