As a Books Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring in-store book displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned to client expectations.
This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Stock Replenishment & Display: Move stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, organise shelves, and ensure products are fully replenished and presented to a high standard.
- Planogram Compliance: Accurately implement planograms and visual briefs to ensure all displays meet required layouts and standards.
- Promotional Execution: Set up promotional materials, price labels, and point-of-sale (POS) displays to support campaigns and drive sales.
- Reporting & Communication: Use a company device or mobile app to access briefs, record activity, upload photos, and provide feedback to client teams.
- Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships with store managers and colleagues to ensure smooth and effective in-store activity.
Previous merchandising experience is beneficial but not essential. More importantly, you will be:
