The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
To identify potential sources of funding, develop collaborative arrangements, secure funding by
seeking new donor partners to further expand the CIPS / HPA program and to move into new
territories and possibly other sectors. There is enormous potential in the donor market which will
allow CIPS to grow its business sustainably into the future which aligns with CIPS overall growth
strategy.
In this senior position they will work with program teams to identify and follow up on linkages
between donor strategies, member interests and country office priorities and will play a key role in
facilitating smooth communication between all stakeholders.
The postholder will be responsible for the formulation of the new funding strategy for HPA and be
responsible for identifying funding opportunities and matching them to program needs. They will be
accountable for achieving new business targets, ensuring the development and timely submission of
high-quality project proposals as well as working in close collaboration with thematic area technical
teams and other departments.
