We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor – a trusted people partner in the making – with a strong grounding in employee relations and a commitment to supporting managers through complex people matters. Operating autonomously within the People & Culture Team, you will advise on employee relations cases across the UK and our global regions, support organisational change activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR policies and practices.
You will also play an active role in recruitment by supporting strategic recruitment campaigns, advising on role design and selection processes, and contributing to talent and succession planning. This role is beautifully generalist, and you will be looking after the entire employee lifecycle with both an operational and a strategic mindset.
The role supports key HR projects aligned to the People Strategy, including employee engagement initiatives, learning and development, talent management, workforce planning and much more. You will build strong, effective relationships with managers through a professional partnering approach – providing coaching, insights and people analytics that inform decision‑making, while ensuring accurate HR data and reporting on key metrics and employee relations trends.
Holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or working towards one, you’re innovative and curious about how modern technologies, such as AI, can contribute to the successful delivery of a driven, forward‑thinking team. Depending on your skills and experience, we're prepared to offer an annual salary in the range of £36,128-£42,902. If this sounds like just the right role for you, please apply!
