Learner Engagement Officer | £36,000 - £42,000 | Permanent | 35 hours a week Westpoint, Peterborough PE2 6FZ, UK (Hybrid) | Full-time | Global Organisation We're looking for a passionate and organised Learner Engagement Officer to help us create an outstanding learner experience and ensure the learner voice remains at the heart of everything we do. The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is the world’s leading professional body for procurement and supply, with over 70,000 members worldwide. With a Royal Charter, we’re driven by a clear purpose: to raise standards, build capability, and support ethical, high-performing supply chain professionals globally. To do this, you will work with our Marketing, Apprenticeships and Delivery teams to promote events and maximise participation. You will be able to design and facilitate learner focus groups, including face-to-face sessions and then use these sessions to gather insight into learner experiences, wellbeing and sense of belonging. From these events, you will gather and review event feedback and use this data to provide insightful feedback reports for internal stakeholders. In this role, you will also support Ofsted inspections, audits and quality assurance activity, while promoting and upholding safeguarding. A passion for delivering an exceptional learner experience based on previous experience working in a learner engagement, education, training or customer-focused environment and coordinating events or stakeholder engagement activities. Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes or vocational learning environments coupled with an understanding of Ofsted requirements, quality assurance or compliance frameworks. The ability to analyse data and produce reports from the learner data gained and experience using tracking or project management systems such as Asana or similar.
