Are you a strong administrator that enjoys working with people? Do you have great attention to detail? Could you work as part of a team and with stakeholders to deliver high-quality assessments and a great customer experience? We are looking for an organised Assessment Operations Co-ordinator who can work to tight deadlines and help support our Assessment Operations Team across our portfolio of products.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-quality service delivery to both internal and external suppliers and customers within strict regulatory requirements, whilst ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries received direct from learners and assessors, in relation to CIPS assessments, while also supporting the Assessment Operations Manager and Leads.
- Coordinating assessment panels and training events, managing suppliers’ payments, supporting the onboarding of examination centres and providing high-quality administration support to the team.
This role is varied and needs the skills of an individual that is organised, able to stay calm under pressure and committed to delivering excellent administrative and customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of working in an awarding or regulated environment or transferable skills in a similar setting.
- Strong attention to detail, high-quality work and accuracy.
- A confident communicator who can work well with others and thrives in a busy setting.
- Highly literate in the MS Office suite and a strong ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience of working in an administrative or customer service role.
