People Administrator

We currently have a new opportunity for a People Administrator to join Ciphr.

Location

This is a hybrid role, You will be required to travel to the reading office two or three times a week and on your first day.

In a nutshell

You'll be the first point of contact for all people queries.

Working with the People team on all day-to-day administrative HR and Recruitment tasks.

In addition you’ll work on a small amount of cross-functional administrative projects to support our customer operations teams, when required.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll

  • Own the employee life cycle administrative processes including onboarding, leavers, family-friendly, data input for monthly payroll etc.
  • Manage the people team inbox with assistance from the wider team, triaging initial queries and resolving them where possible
  • Manage day-to-day People Team administration
  • Assist with recruitment admin including shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews
  • What good looks like
  • Employee lifecycle & administration All employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, leavers, family-friendly, and payroll data, are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed deadlines.

Nothing falls through the gaps, and the business can rely on the People team to get it right first time.

  • Data accuracy & system utilisation Amplify is kept up to date at all times, with clean, accurate data that the wider business can trust.

The system is used to its full capability, with you actively identifying where it could be doing more and driving that forward.

  • Inbox & query management The People team inbox is managed proactively, with queries triaged promptly, appropriately and resolved at first point of contact wherever possible.

Employees feel heard , responses are timely, empathetic, and appropriately discreet given the sensitive nature of HR queries.

  • Recruitment support Interview scheduling and CV shortlisting is handled efficiently, with candidates and hiring managers kept informed at every stage.
