Location: This is a hybrid role, You will be required to travel to the Reading office two or three times a week and on your first day.

In a nutshell, you'll be the first point of contact for all people queries. Working with the People team on all day-to-day administrative HR and Recruitment tasks. In addition, you’ll work on a small amount of cross-functional administrative projects to support our customer operations teams, when required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the employee life cycle administrative processes including onboarding, leavers, family-friendly, data input for monthly payroll etc.
  • Manage the people team inbox with assistance from the wider team, triaging initial queries and resolving them where possible.
  • Manage day-to-day People Team administration.
  • Assist with recruitment admin including shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews.

  • Employee lifecycle & administration: All employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, leavers, family-friendly, and payroll data, are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Data accuracy & system utilisation: Amplify is kept up to date at all times, with clean, accurate data that the wider business can trust.
  • Inbox & query management: The People team inbox is managed proactively, with queries triaged promptly, appropriately and resolved at first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Recruitment support: Interview scheduling and CV shortlisting is handled efficiently, with candidates and hiring managers kept informed at every stage.
