Junior QA Analyst – Join our friendly, forward-thinking team at Ciphr! Ciphr has an exciting opportunity for a Junior QA Analyst to join our people-focused, goal-driven team. We’re all about flexibility—this role is remote (UK-based), with occasional travel for meetings when needed, once or twice a month. Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality. Create and execute test cases, record detailed testing results, and report defects accurately, providing sufficient detail. Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience. A high standard of written English. Experience with manual testing and familiarity with testing tools. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
