Ciphr has an exciting opportunity for a Junior QA Analyst to join our people-focused, goal-driven team. We’re all about flexibility—this role is remote (UK-based), with occasional travel for meetings when needed, once or twice a month. If you prefer working from an office, our Reading HQ is open to all employees.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design test plans.
  • Create and execute test cases, record detailed testing results, and report defects accurately, providing sufficient detail.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Triage new issues raised to prioritise and ensure all necessary information is present for resolution.
