Location
This is a hybrid role, where you will spend an average of 2 days per week with the team in our Reading office.
In a nutshell
Your role will be to support the Head of Operations by owning and optimising key operational business systems and applications, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insightful analysis and reporting. You’ll be responsible for managing data and process flows across customer operations, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to align operational systems and data insights with wider business goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the system owner for Zendesk and Wrike, ensuring they are configured and maintained to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics for all areas of customer operations
- Coordinate and generate a suite of weekly and monthly reports that support the operation KPI’s through to board level performance metrics
- Monitor and manage data integrity across systems, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Design and optimise data and process flows to support efficient operations
- Ensure integrations between Zendesk, Wrike, and other business applications are streamlined and effective
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure systems and data processes support broader business objectives
- Provide training and support to users of Zendesk and Wrike to ensure best practices are followed
- Stay up to date with system updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system usage and performance
What you’ll need to succeed
Essential
- Proven experience managing business systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)
- Experience in managing data integrity and process optimisation
- Understanding of system integrations and API-based workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
- Specific experience of working with Zendesk and/or Wrike
- Experience in a customer operations or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., Zapier, Python)
