We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team onsite in Bournemouth, UK. This is a critical role responsible for leading project delivery efforts, ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and deliver detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, resource allocation, and budgets are aligned.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess delivery processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Business Growth: Support opportunities for account expansion and client engagement to grow the delivery footprint.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Delivery Manager or Project Manager roles, preferably within Financial Services or similar domains.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of risk assessment, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight within delivery frameworks.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends is desirable.
Qualifications
