About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our team in driving growth across the UK public sector, including local government, NHS, and central government. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic senior leader to drive digital transformation and innovation. Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) with significant experience in key account management and engagement strategies
- Proven success in selling to the UK public sector (local government, NHS, or central government)
- Solutions-based sales approach and proven project management skills and a strong analytical and commercially-minded approach
- Experience managing and developing a business development team
- Excellent communication, networking, and influencing abilities
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and professional approach
- Able to represent the organisation at a senior level in the UK public sector
- Resilient, tenacious, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
