The role

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will support the Employer Solutions (ES) team in delivering an excellent client experience, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

This role is essential in assisting with client projects, providing administrative support, and coordinating client interactions across multiple touchpoints. You will be working closely with the Client Experience and Employer Solutions teams, contributing to the smooth execution of client initiatives and enhancing overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Assisting in managing client project plans, tracking key tasks, and ensuring milestones are met by coordinating with internal teams and Employer Solutions managers.
  2. Supporting the client onboarding and engagement processes by coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  3. Serving as a key point of contact for client inquiries, responding efficiently and escalating issues as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Facilitating communication between clients and internal stakeholders, supporting effective account management and maintaining strong client relationships.
  5. Assisting in preparing client proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation to aid Employer Solutions Managers in business development and retention efforts.
  6. Handling and processing inbound sales inquiries from third-party suppliers, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
  7. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce), tracking sales activity and client interactions while providing regular updates to account managers.
  8. Supporting ES managers in coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  9. Assisting Employer Solution managers with administrative tasks associated with targeting data.

What you’ll need to be successful

  1. Some experience in client service, account management, or project coordination, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  2. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
  6. A proactive team player who can collaborate effectively while also managing tasks independently.
  7. A keen interest in the people profession and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  8. Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to process improvements.
