You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Financial Accountant, collaborating across the wider finance team, with some international exposure through our teams based in MENA and Ireland.

  • Preparing quarterly VAT returns for submission to HMRC
  • Preparing other compliance returns, including to the ONS and HMRC
  • Performing due diligence assessments on key customers and suppliers

  • Supporting the coordination of the external audit and the production of our annual statutory accounts
  • Working collaboratively with the Financial Controller, Senior Financial Accountant, and the wider finance team
  • Taking on some international duties and responsibilities, working with our teams based in MENA and Ireland

What you'll need to be successful

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT)
  • Experience performing reconciliations
  • Solid knowledge of financial statements
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with auditors and colleagues across the finance team
  • A solutions-focused mentality, with the ability to work accurately and to deadline
