Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Terra Technologies is currently looking for a PMO Manager to join our team in the UK or Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The PMO and Decision Support function includes a team of PMO Managers ensuring effective project delivery during the development and construction phases of projects. We deliver this by implementing structured project management practices and procedures that promote consistency, efficiency, and effective knowledge sharing across the project portfolio. PMO Managers are assigned to all Flagship Fund projects to run PMO-related activities and to provide focused project delivery support to project teams.
As a PMO Manager, you will have full responsibility for PMO activities on your assigned projects from late-stage development through to commercial operations. This will include ownership and implementation of PMO tools and procedures and leadership of scope, schedule, risk, information management and governance related activities. This will include gathering, managing and presenting information from various sources which will require effective coordination between the project team, internal functions, board members, delivery partners and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement CIP TT’s project management standards and delivery model in alignment with established governance, documentation, project controls and reporting processes.
- Prepare and maintain PMO tools and documentation in line with CIP-TT standards.
- Develop and maintain scope, schedule, risk and information management plans, including baselines, critical path, risk registers, simulations, and contingency assessments.
- Implement and manage effective project controls and governance.
- Coordinate internal project activities and facilitate cross-team collaboration to support project goals.
- Consolidate and deliver project progress data and decision materials and coordinate project team inputs for stakeholder, steering committee, and board reports.
You:
We are looking for a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management-related role within the energy sector, ideally with exposure to large-scale infrastructure or capital projects. A deep understanding of project delivery, governance, planning and control processes is required with demonstrable experience of coordination across diverse and geographically dispersed project teams. PMI certification or equivalent formal project management training is desirable.
