About Cintra
Cintra is a specialist technology partner helping enterprise organisations optimise, migrate, and modernise their Oracle and Microsoft database estates on AWS. We work at the intersection of licensing intelligence and cloud migration, delivering Oracle Licence Assessments (OLAs) that generate measurable revenue pipeline for AWS and its partner ecosystem.
We’re a high‑growth, ambitious business with a strong track record — AWS has been funding our Oracle and Microsoft OLA programmes for several consecutive years, because it works. We’re now scaling fast, and we need exceptional people to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, proactive AWS Enterprise Licence Partner Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a newly created role, born out of a significant expansion of our partnership with AWS — including a major enterprise licence agreement that underpins AWS’s use of our OLA tooling.
Your mission is simple: to drive our OLA App’s adoption. You’ll work within the AWS ecosystem — engaging Solutions Architects, GTM teams, and DB Sellers — to ensure they are actively using our OLA toolset to generate database migration pipeline. You won’t be cold‑selling a product nobody knows; you’ll be enabling a pre‑funded, revenue‑generating tool that AWS teams are incentivised to use.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t cold selling. It’s a commercial adoption role with proven traction, focused on activating usage and driving revenue outcomes within the AWS ecosystem.
You’ll own adoption of a free, migration‑enabling tool, succeeding through persistent follow‑up, proactive momentum, and energetic stakeholder engagement that turns usage into real business impact.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive OLA adoption across the AWS EMEA organisation — Solutions Architects, DB Sellers, GTM teams.
