About Cintra
Cintra is a specialist technology partner helping enterprise organisations optimise, migrate, and modernise their Oracle and Microsoft database estates on AWS. We work at the intersection of licensing intelligence and cloud migration, delivering Oracle Licence Assessments (OLAs) that generate measurable revenue pipeline for AWS and its partner ecosystem. We’re a high‑growth, ambitious business with a strong track record — AWS has been funding our Oracle and Microsoft OLA programmes for several consecutive years, because it works. We’re now scaling fast, and we need exceptional people to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, proactive AWS Enterprise Licence Partner Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a newly created role, born out of a significant expansion of our partnership with AWS — including a major enterprise licence agreement that underpins AWS’s use of our OLA tooling. Your mission is simple: to drive our OLA App’s adoption. You’ll work within the AWS ecosystem — engaging Solutions Architects, GTM teams, and DB Sellers — to ensure they are actively using our OLA toolset to generate database migration pipeline. You won’t be cold‑selling a product nobody knows; you’ll be enabling a pre‑funded, revenue‑generating tool that AWS teams are incentivised to use.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t cold selling. It’s a commercial adoption role with proven traction, focused on activating usage and driving revenue outcomes within the AWS ecosystem. You’ll own adoption of a free, migration‑enabling tool, succeeding through persistent follow‑up, proactive momentum, and energetic stakeholder engagement that turns usage into real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive OLA adoption across the AWS EMEA organisation — Solutions Architects, DB Sellers, GTM teams, and Account Managers
- Build and maintain a strong network within AWS, establishing regular cadences and keeping Cintra front of mind
- Identify and engage the right stakeholders within AWS who can sponsor and activate OLA usage
- Deliver compelling value proposition pitches — explaining how OLAs translate into database migration ARR
- Manage activity tracking and pipeline reporting; maintain accountability for adoption metrics
- Support AWS teams in understanding and using our tooling — acting as an accessible, knowledgeable point of contact
- Work alongside our existing AWS Partner Managers (APMs) to align outreach and share network connections
- Represent Cintra in webinars, joint AWS events, and internal enablement sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a BDR, sales, partner management, or customer success (growth/expansion) role
- Strong track record of proactive outreach, pipeline generation, and stakeholder engagement
- Background in cloud technology, Oracle, Microsoft licensing, or database environments — highly desirable
- Exposure to AWS, its GTM structure, or its partner ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills — you’re the person people enjoy hearing from
- Highly self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal direction
- Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience
- Languages: additional European languages are a plus but not essential
Nice to Have
- Experience at an Oracle partner, Microsoft partner, or cloud VAR/reseller
- Familiarity with software licensing concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, VMWare, SAP)
- Previous experience in a partner‑facing or alliances role
- Recruitment or consultative sales background — we value the relentless drive this builds
What We Offer
- A genuinely exciting and well‑funded growth opportunity — you’re not building from scratch
- A warm, highly networked AWS ecosystem to operate within from day one
- Mentorship from experienced AWS Partner Managers and direct access to senior leadership
- Competitive base salary + OTE (circa £45K base / £60–70K OTE, dependent on experience)
- Remote/hybrid working with flexibility
- A fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where your results are visible and rewarded
Reporting & Structure
You will report into the AWS Partner Management function and work alongside our existing EMEA APM, collaborating closely with our broader customer success and partner teams. This is a high‑visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership.
