We are Cintra, known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. The Product Information Manager will play a key role in shaping how our users understand, adopt, and succeed with our payroll and HR solutions.
The role is offered as an initial two-year fixed-term contract.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Information Manager to join our Product Team. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is responsible for managing and delivering all product related content, both for external users and internal teams. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of our product content and play a key role in shaping the end user and internal experience. You’ll create and maintain clear, user focused content from product descriptions and help centre articles to internal FAQs, ensuring it’s accurate, accessible, and aligned with product updates.
Working closely with cross functional teams, you’ll deliver content that reflects our brand voice and supports both customers and internal teams. You’ll manage our knowledge base, contribute to internal enablement materials, and explore AI tools to scale and enhance content creation.
About You
You’re an experienced product content specialist or technical writer with a strong background in creating clear, high quality documentation for digital products. Your writing is precise, user focused and able to distill complex concepts into simple, accessible content. You’re a confident communicator who collaborates well with subject matter experts and cross functional teams, and you’re highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Technically adept, you’re comfortable using tools like Confluence, Freshdesk, and other content platforms, and you pick up new software quickly. Ideally, you bring experience with B2B SaaS, especially in payroll, HR, or finance and have a strong interest in content design and UX writing.
