Join our Outsourced Payroll Department as a Payroll Administrator. We are Cintra, known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. The Opportunity: As part of our outsourced payroll processing team, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, ensuring each step is completed within agreed-upon timeframes. From producing essential employee documents to generating RTIs and pension files, you’ll handle it all with precision. Your role will involve timely processing of HMRC and third-party payments, fostering strong relationships with clients, and effective communication with HMRC. You’ll create statutory payment schedules and perform manual calculations for various scenarios including starters, leavers, tax, NI, student loans, and pensions.
About You: Are you a strong team player, a keen learner, and someone who can adapt to any situation with a positive attitude? With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid work ethic, we are looking for someone who can maintain their cool in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently. A deep understanding of HMRC legislation and statutory payments is essential, as is proven experience in client-facing roles. Applicants should have at least one year of payroll experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook—and a comprehensive understanding of pension and Automatic Enrolment rules.
