We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us on a 12-month FTC. We are Cintra, known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. If you are passionate about payroll and eager to join a dynamic team of seasoned professionals, this is the opportunity for you.

As part of our outsourced payroll processing team, you will manage the entire payroll cycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as producing employee documents, RTIs, pension files, and processing HMRC payments. You will foster strong client relationships and communicate effectively with HMRC. Your responsibilities include creating statutory payment schedules and performing manual calculations for starters, leavers, tax, NI, student loans, and pensions.

About You

You are a strong team player, eager to learn, adaptable, and maintain a positive attitude. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a solid work ethic, and can stay composed in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least one year of payroll experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and a good understanding of pension and Automatic Enrolment rules. Deep knowledge of HMRC legislation and statutory payments is essential, along with experience in client-facing roles.
