We’re looking for a System Administrator to support users directly via tickets, manage infrastructure across Azure and AWS, and contribute to a resilient secure IT environment. About the opportunity

Reporting to the Head of IT, your responsibilities will span cloud and on‑prem systems, endpoint management across Windows and macOS, and supporting SQL Server resilience. You’ll be expected to take ownership, work efficiently and consistently deliver quality support and systems administration.

About you

You bring proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server and Microsoft 365, along with strong endpoint management skills across Intune and Kandji. You are confident in troubleshooting and documentation, understand networking fundamentals and can manage tickets efficiently within an ITSM tool. With working knowledge of AWS and SQL Server processes, you are proactive, reliable and calm under pressure. Collaborative by nature, you thrive in both user support and infrastructure work, and you’re committed to developing your technical skills while contributing to a resilient IT environment.
