We are Cintra. Known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving growth across both new business and existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and account development. We take a modern, data-driven approach to sales — using buying signals, market insights, and AI-powered tools to help you work smarter, identify the right opportunities, and connect with key decision-makers. We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven people who thrive on creating opportunities. You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence in cold outreach, curiosity, critical thinking, and a consistent focus on hitting targets. This is a Newcastle-based role, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week. Our modern offices are located in Hoults Yard, on the edge of the vibrant Ouseburn Valley, home to a thriving creative community, rich local heritage, and a great social scene.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and turn marketing interest into real sales conversations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and engage decision-makers
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and target the right audiences
- Keep CRM records up to date and consistently hit activity and pipeline targets
