What you’ll do:

  • Become a deep product expert on Cintra's HR platform
  • Manage and resolve client support tickets with speed and professionalism
  • Deliver onboarding and training that sets clients up for success
  • Be the trusted day-to-day contact clients rely on
  • Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and service
  • Collaborate with HR Consultants and wider teams for a seamless client experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a client-facing SaaS environment with customer support, HR advisory, or similar
  • Genuine interest in HR technology and how systems support HR processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you make the complex feel simple
  • Strong ownership mentality — you see problems through to resolution
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads without dropping the ball
  • CIPD qualification or HR-related degree, desirable
