We offer a full programme of training to all our employees, including our apprentices. Due to our continuous growth and commitment to development, we are now in a position to add to our existing apprenticeship team. Cintra is wholly owned by the Payroll Software & Services Group (PSSG); formed in 2019 the Group provides software and outsourcing solutions for HR, Payroll & Business Support in the UK and International markets.

Key Responsibilities

You\’ll receive full training to develop the skills needed to process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legislation and client procedures. From handling payroll data and performing manual calculations to managing key administrative tasks like reporting, pensions, and reconciliations, you\’ll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless payroll service.

Beyond the technical skills, you\’ll build strong relationships with clients, providing them with accurate support and high-level customer service. You\’ll also liaise with HMRC, stay up to date with industry changes, and contribute to process improvements. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing a strong foundation for a successful payroll career.

About you

Do you have a GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English? We\’re seeking individuals who possess strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, you might be the perfect fit. We value organised and methodical individuals who can think logically and work well within a team.
