What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a small team of consultants, supporting performance, growth, and wellbeing.
- Oversee end‑to‑end consultancy delivery, ensuring high‑quality implementations aligned to scope.
- Act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex technical and functional challenges.
- Manage team capacity, workload, and utilisation across multiple projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and successful outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex SaaS, HRIS, or payroll implementations.
- Strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and/or data migration.
- Hands‑on experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
- Effective leadership, coaching, and clear communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality documentation.
- Commercial awareness of scope, effort, and delivery best practice.
- Familiarity with delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. Freshdesk, ClickUp, Toggl).
