Join our Outsourced Payroll Department as a Payroll Administrator! We are Cintra, known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. If you are passionate about payroll and eager to join a dynamic team of seasoned professionals, this is the opportunity for you.

As part of our outsourced payroll processing team, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, ensuring each step is completed within agreed-upon timeframes. Your role will involve:

  • Producing essential employee documents
  • Generating RTIs and pension files
  • Timely processing of HMRC and third-party payments
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Effective communication with HMRC
  • Creating statutory payment schedules
  • Performing manual calculations for various scenarios including starters, leavers, tax, NI, student loans, and pensions

Are you a strong team player, a keen learner, and someone who can adapt to any situation with a positive attitude? With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid work ethic, we are looking for someone who can maintain their cool in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently. A deep understanding of HMRC legislation and statutory payments is essential, as is proven experience in client-facing roles. Applicants should have at least one year of payroll experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook—and a comprehensive understanding of pension and Automatic Enrolment rules.
