What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client and partner queries
  • Coordinating the delivery of payroll, HR, compliance, and accountancy services
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring service delivery timelines are met
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and international partners
  • Following established processes with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately and professionally
  • Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to streamline processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
