As our Expenses Support Consultant, you’ll be the expert clients turn to from day one: onboarding them confidently, solving problems efficiently, and making sure they get real value from the platform every step of the way.
What you’ll do:
- Become the go‑to product expert on our expenses platform
- Lead client onboarding and deliver engaging, effective training
- Resolve client queries quickly and professionally
- Build lasting relationships that drive long‑term success
- Gather feedback and feed insights back into the product
- Collaborate across Product, Support, and Delivery teams
What you’ll bring:
