Description

20–25 hours per week | Flexible Hours to Suit the Successful Candidate

Are you an organised, detail-focused HR professional looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety and the chance to make a real impact? At Cintra Outsourced HR, we're looking for an exceptional HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is not a typical HR administration role. You'll support a wide range of UK businesses across different sectors, helping to deliver outstanding HR support while developing your own knowledge and experience along the way.

We're flexible on how the hours are worked and are keen to find the right person. Whether you're looking for school-friendly hours, a better work-life balance, or a role that fits around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

Following a successful probation period, you'll move to a hybrid working arrangement, combining office collaboration with home working flexibility.

Why This Role Is Different

As part of our Outsourced HR team, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities and industries that many in-house HR Administrators never experience. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting both our internal teams and external clients with:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Contracts and employment documentation
  • HR systems and record management
  • Payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
  • Client support and employee queries
  • HR reporting and process improvement initiatives

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, learning and being part of a busy, supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

We're less concerned about having a long list of qualifications and more interested in finding someone who:

  • Loves organisation and attention to detail
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent service
  • Enjoys working with people and building relationships
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and professional
  • Wants to develop their HR career

Experience within HR administration, payroll preparation, employee lifecycle administration or HR systems would be advantageous. Studying towards (or already holding) a CIPD qualification would be welcomed but is not essential.

Why Join Cintra Outsourced HR?

At Cintra, people matter. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together and helping clients succeed. In return, you'll benefit from:

  • Flexible working hours designed around the successful candidate
  • Hybrid working following probation
  • Ongoing training and development
  • CIPD support opportunities
  • Exposure to a wide variety of organisations and HR challenges
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing HR function
  • A friendly, approachable team culture where your contribution is valued
