As our Expenses Support Consultant, you’ll be the expert clients turn to from day one: onboarding them confidently, solving problems efficiently, and making sure they get real value from the platform every step of the way. You're the person clients trust, the one who makes a new product feel effortless, resolves a tricky query before it becomes a problem, and spots a better way to do things.

What you’ll do:

  • Become the go‑to product expert on our expenses platform
  • Lead client onboarding and deliver engaging, effective training
  • Resolve client queries quickly and professionally
  • Build lasting relationships that drive long‑term success
  • Gather feedback and feed insights back into the product
  • Collaborate across Product, Support, and Delivery teams

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a client‑facing SaaS support, onboarding, or training role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑first mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
  • Interest in expenses, fintech, or financial systems
  • Experience with expenses software is a bonus — not a must
