We are a professional HR outsourcing business supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and business sizes. Our services cover the full employee lifecycle, from day-to-day HR administration to complex employee relations issues. All with a focus on delivering professional, practical and compliant advice.

About the opportunity

As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our HR Advisers and Senior Advisers, acting as a first point of contact for client queries and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will manage new client onboarding processes, coordinate client review schedules, assist with authoring and maintaining HR documentation, and contribute to projects and client communications. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and skills in a fast-paced consultancy environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of HR issues.

About you

You’ll have a strong grounding in UK employment law and hold either an HR Degree or CIPD L5 or higher. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and highly organised, you can manage multiple client accounts and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. With a client-focused mindset, you excel at building relationships, solving problems proactively, and adapting to different workplace cultures. Your professional, approachable manner, combined with discretion and integrity, ensures you handle sensitive information with care while delivering a high standard of service.
