The Senior RevOps Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the commercial teams. Working closely with the RevOps team and commercial teams to ensure processes are consistently followed and tools are used effectively to achieve growth objectives. Reporting to the RevOps Director, this role plays a key part in collaborating with Commercial teams by delivering enhancements, development and improving adoption of the CRM system and tech stack including Salesforce, Conversation Intelligence, prospecting and outreach tools to drive sales effectiveness, performance and overall revenue growth. Collaborating with Commercial Sales leaders and managers, the Senior RevOps Associate helps optimize revenue operations to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to improve alignment across departments. The Senior RevOps Associate will primarily support the Exchange GSA and Key Accounts as well as the Exchange Delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- CRM Management & Support: Assist in updating and maintaining the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Partner with commercial teams to support CRM adoption, ensure processes are followed, provide troubleshooting assistance and deliver training as needed. Identify enhancements and technical improvement requests, assist with case management, logging incidents with accuracy, coordinating with the Salesforce technical team, Revenue Operations team and other business applications teams as required to drive timely resolution to completion.
- Commercial Reporting & Insights: Work with RevOps analytics on reporting and dashboards to track commercial metrics such as pipeline health, quota attainment, lead conversion and forecasting accuracy in CRM and other platforms. Highlight trends and work with RevOps Director to provide actionable insights to commercial leadership.
- Commercial Process Support: Ensure that commercial processes are followed consistently, systems and tools are adopted, utilized effectively and best practice is shared. Work with the commercial teams to identify and implement any changes or improvements.
- Lead Management & Routing: Support lead assignment, routing and tracking processes to ensure leads are distributed appropriately and followed up on in a timely manner. With support from Marketing Ops work with sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Commercial Technology Support: Help to maintain commercial tools and technologies that support the customer journey, such as automation tools, CRM plugins, and sales productivity systems. Ensure the commercial teams are trained and usage is accurately reported to aid adoption of and value from the technologies.
- Building Rapport: Develop trusted and productive working relationships with team managers and senior sales leaders, providing consistent and reliable support to drive collaboration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure efficient communication and alignment on operational priorities & shared goals. Support cross-departmental initiatives that impact RevOps and its customers.
- Documentation & Training: Schedule and help deliver training sessions alongside RevOps Director & Revenue Enablement. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to commercial processes, best practices, and commercial systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales support, customer experience or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly and effectively with managers, stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and mindset to creatively address challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering high-quality service and the adaptability to respond to evolving customer and business needs.
