  • Geographic Flexibility: Must be based in one of our designated hubs: London, Berlin, or Prague (we operate remote-first but would love someone who can come into the office regularly).

Are you passionate about recruiting top talent for Tech and Product roles, specifically within the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and Machine Learning? Join our global business at Cint as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will support our R&D (Tech and Product) teams as we scale and bring critical new talent into the organization. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to attract and hire the right talent that drives our business forward. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with Tech & Product leadership teams to attract and hire the best candidates to scale our engineering capabilities. Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire end-to-end recruitment process for roles within our Tech and Product functions, with a dedicated focus on scaling our AI and ML Engineering teams.
  • Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Deploy creative sourcing strategies to reach the best talent in the market. Actively build, nurture, and maintain sustainable talent pipelines of high-caliber technical professionals for immediate and future scaling needs.
  • Consultative Partnership: Work closely with Tech & Product leadership teams, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share and advise on market trends and talent insights.
  • Upskill Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practices, advanced sourcing strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices.
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Optimization: Engage in TA team initiatives with a focus on leveraging AI to drive productivity for yourself and the wider team. Actively identify manual processes and recruitment workflows that can be automated, removing administrative burdens and enabling the team to focus heavily on creating a world-class candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Consistently analyze recruitment performance metrics and data to identify operational areas for improvement. Lead data-backed conversations with Tech & Product stakeholders, using insights to guide strategy, address bottlenecks, and effectively influence decision-making.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SmartRecruiters.
