The Opportunity
Cint is looking to strengthen its strategy team with an experienced analyst to take on critical projects. This is an opportunity to apply your skill set to contribute to shaping and implementing the strategy of the company, be exposed and work with senior leaders, and get a deep understanding of how a technology company operates.
The Team
Our strategy and transformation team partners with Cinters and leaders across the company to articulate our near to long term strategy, create alignment around it and drive transformation and change. We champion data-driven decision making, thorough market and internal analysis, and bring problem solving approaches to tackle Cint’s key challenges. You will report to the Director of Strategic Planning and partner with several teams across the organization to deliver high-impact projects.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and senior members of the team to support the strategic planning process as well as our strategic projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on various aspects of our business, such as our market, competition, customers, products, and processes.
- Build complex models to evaluate impact of various scenarios and support decision making.
- Drive creation of high impact decision making materials.
- Continuously gather insights on our ecosystem to build unparalleled understanding of our market.
- Be a trusted advisor to the team and senior stakeholders related to any market or business intelligence.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working in top tier strategy consulting or internal strategy team of a technology company.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and information.
- Strong business acumen and able to identify trends, opportunities, evaluate risks and challenges.
- Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Strong communication skills to work, be credible and become a trusted partner to senior leadership.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
- Tech-savvy and interested in the consumer insights space.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
- Even though this is a remote role, we would expect you to visit our office as and when required based on the team's need (2-3 visits a month).

- Previous experience working in global, multi-cultural environments.
- Having conducted or bought market research surveys is a plus but not required.
