Job Overview

Cint is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide AI‑enabled operating change.

The next phase is about helping functions change how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate.

As AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will work with teams across Cint to identify, shape, deliver and embed AI‑enabled improvements, turning business priorities and operational pain points into better workflows, smarter practices and measurable improvements in how work is done.

Where the role sits

You will join the AI Transformation Office and report to the Director, Enterprise AI Transformation.

  • Key collaborators
  • Director, Enterprise AI Transformation – AI roadmap, priorities, governance, value tracking and executive reporting.
  • AI Enablement & Adoption Lead – adoption, capability building, manager enablement, playbooks and behaviour change.
  • AI/Data Architecture capability – architecture, data readiness, build / buy / configure recommendations and integration design.
  • Business Technology – implementation, systems integration and operational handover.
  • Legal, DPO, Info Sec, Infrastructure and Functional AI Domain Leads – governance, compliance, technical readiness, business ownership and adoption.

What you will do

Identify and shape opportunities

Work with functions to understand their priorities, pain points and opportunities for AI‑enabled improvement.

Assess where AI can improve speed, quality, productivity, decision‑making, risk reduction, employee experience or operating leverage, and separate useful opportunities from distractions.

Redesign work where needed

Help teams understand how work happens today and where it gets stuck—manual effort, handoffs, rework, bottlenecks, unclear ownership, data gaps or decision delays.

Support future‑state workflow design before technology is applied, clarifying where work should remain human‑led, where AI should assist, where automation makes sense and where review or escalation is needed.

Support delivery in the right way

Turn AI opportunities into practical plans with clear outcomes, owners, dependencies, risks and success measures.

Lead transformation work, support function‑led initiatives, shape requirements, coordinate stakeholders, unblock delivery or guide a team through governance as needed.

Connect business, technical and governance partners

Work across functions, AI/Data Architecture, Business Technology, Legal, DPO, Info Sec, Infrastructure and Enablement to ensure AI‑enabled improvements are practical, safe and supportable.

Verify that technical owners, implementation routes, governance gates, adoption plans and handover expectations are clear.

Measure value and capture learning

Define success measures and track whether changes create real value.

Capture reusable patterns so Cint does not solve the same problem from scratch in every function.

Partner with the AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to embed new ways of working, gather feedback, identify adoption blockers and help teams improve progressively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, Saa S operations or a similar field.
  • Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
  • Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
  • Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
  • Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Saa S, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high‑growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
  • How you work
  • Structured, practical and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Curious about how work really happens, not just how people say it happens.
  • Can bring order to messy problems without creating theatre or bureaucracy.
  • Influences without authority, communicates clearly and helps busy teams make decisions.
  • Values shipped outcomes, measurable value and lasting adoption.
  • Low ego, high standards and enough humour to survive cross‑functional transformation work.
  • What success looks like

Within the first 3 months, you will have built a clear understanding of priority functional opportunities, helped shape the first wave of AI‑enabled improvement work, and established practical ways of working for opportunity assessment, workflow redesign, delivery support and measurement.

Within 6–9 months, Cint should have visible AI‑enabled improvements in priority areas, with clear adoption data, value tracking and reusable learning.

Over time, you will help Cint build a repeatable transformation capability that identifies high‑value opportunities, redesigns work intelligently, applies AI where it makes sense and proves the impact.
