The Opportunity
Cint is looking for a high-energy, independent, and proactive Workplace & Executive Operations Associate to champion our office culture in London and support our Commercial Executive, also based in London. This isn’t just about managing a space or a schedule; it’s about creating an environment where our people thrive, and where our leadership feels completely supported. You will be the face of the London office in-person and ensure that the team feels supported and enabled to do their best work.

Role Details
- Location: 4-5 days per week in the London office (Shoreditch)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
What You Will Do
- Community & Culture
- Be the Heart of the Office: Serve as a welcoming presence, driving engagement through Slack, email, and team-building initiatives.
- Event Maestro: Lead the planning and execution of local community building events and social moments; supporting in-person colleague connection.
- Global Collaboration: Assist with EMEA-wide travel and large-scale corporate events, contributing to the wider global Workplace agenda.
- Executive Support
- Executive Enablement: Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and coordinate intricate travel arrangements with speed and precision.
- Communication Gateway: Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for the executive, fielding and prioritizing incoming communications (email, phone calls) with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting & Event Mastery: Support the planning of Commercial team events and lead the preparation for key leadership forums, including agenda shaping, pre-reads, and action tracking.
- Leadership Alignment: Partner with the wider EA network to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the global leadership team.
- Office Operations & Logistics
- Space Excellence: Ensure a safe, functional, and stocked workspace, managing everything from kitchen supplies to cleaning crews and repairs.
- Budget Ownership: Handle essential financial tasks including expense reporting, purchase requisitions, and light budgeting/cost tracking in partnership with Finance.
- Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for London vendor relationships, proactively managing service standards, onsite contractors, and budget-conscious procurement to ensure a seamless office environment.
- Privacy: Handle sensitive mail and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Technical & People Support
- Lifecycle Support: Partner closely with HR and IT to facilitate a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, assisting with workstation readiness and device coordination for new joiners.
- Tech Enablement: Provide on-the-ground support for office meetings by assisting with AV equipment troubleshooting and ensuring video conferencing setups are ready for the team.
Qualifications
- Executive Support Experience: Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.
- Workplace Experience: Background in office management or admin within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Event & Travel Savvy: Proven track record in managing complex travel bookings and event planning across multiple time zones.
- Financial Literacy: Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and financial processes.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency in Google Suite and a preference for digital, "non-paper" workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with everyone from new joiners to executive leadership.
