The Role
Join our Product Team as a Senior Product Manager. You’ll craft the strategic roadmap and steer the delivery of our Demand services. This role, based in the EU/UK, requires collaboration with our US teams during CET hours and can be remote or attached to one of our existing engineering offices. We're on the hunt for skilled product managers who have a unique blend of deep technical understanding, customer obsession and a love for solving product problems. - Own the Vision: Develop and promote a product vision for your part of Cint’s Exchange. We make long term investments with large payoffs for success, see the future and articulate it.
- Tell the Story: Masterfully articulate the "why" behind your product strategy. Bring complex customer and technical problems to life, inspiring and aligning senior leadership and the broader organization around your vision.
- Execute with Excellence: Conduct thorough opportunity assessments, backed by data and customer research, to validate assumptions and prioritize initiatives. Author clear, comprehensive product requirements and partner with R&D leadership to navigate complex technical trade‑offs.
- Partner to Win: Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cross‑functional alignment and a successful go‑to‑market.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Product Operator: You have a proven track record of launching, operating and scaling complex products, platforms, or services from concept to market or transforming existing products for their next stage of growth.
- Customer-Obsessed: You are an expert in translating customer problems from the ResTech and data space into clear, well‑structured product requirements, backed by data and qualitative insights.
- Technical Expertise: You have direct experience managing the full lifecycle of API and UI driven products and can also clearly demonstrate shipping high quality experiences. Demonstrated knowledge, experience and interest in how LLMs and modern coding stacks challenge long held verities would be a strong plus.
- Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and are seen as an expert storyteller. You can effectively partner with senior leadership and are skilled at managing complex stakeholder maps.
